Domination Factor: Fantastic Four #3 Synopsis by Peter Silvestro

Continued from DOMINATION FACTOR: AVENGERS #2.

Dr. Strange stands at the Nexus of Realities, telling the Fantastic Four that they must kill their opponents—even their friends—to save the universe....

At Praxis headquarters, all is confusion but Lester again calms Nora Queen's suspicions about his true interests....

Battling the Frightful Four at Agatha Harkness' house, Thing tricks Sandman into breaking him free from the paste trap and then he uses Trapster's glue gun to encase Sandman in a thick shell. Medusa snatches baby Franklin from the Wizard and Ben grabs the Golden Apple slice which sends him back to his own time. Agatha Harkness sics her cat Ebony on the baddies and everything is safe again....

In the Great Refuge, Human Torch is dodging Black Bolt, Gorgon, and Crystal, who believe he has been hypnotized by Maximus the Mad. Johnny goads Crystal into unleashing her powers at him, then dodges so it's Black Bolt who takes the fall. Johnny then snatches up the Golden Apple slice, gives Crystal a big smooch and returns to his own time, letting the past situation sort itself out....

At the Enclave, Mr Fantastic promises Ben he will make Alicia Masters's rescue his top priority so Ben frees him from the rock trap. Torch burns a small tunnel through the barricade that only Reed can crawl through; he does and makes sure Alicia is safe as Ben busts his way through. Reed takes the Golden Apple slice and heads home, intending to confront Dr Strange about his insistence on Reed's killing Ben....

In Atlantis, Reed and Sub-Mariner are fighting over Invisible Woman, and Dr Strange teleports Thing and Human Torch to Sue's side—but when they try to protect her, she throws a fit, denouncing all the men for treating her as helpless and fragile, even Namor and she takes the Golden Apple slice and goes back home...

...but the FF find themselves in another dimension, where they are met by Dr Strange, who assembles the four slices into half of the Golden Apple and departs. The heroes find themselves back at the East River where they attempt to rejoin their frozen bodies—but they can't. They are then hurled through a vortex and into a New York they have never known....
