Fear Itself: Hulk vs. Dracula #2 Synopsis by Peter Silvestro

As Hulk, transformed into Nul, Breaker of Worlds, smashes his way through the army of monsters Dracula has sent against him, Captain Luna turns out to have survived the copter crash (last issue) and transmits pictures back to the castle. Janus Tepes finally convinces his father to allow Raizo Kodo to help. The Japanese vampire, released from the dungeon, asks to see all of their information on the Hulk; he sits and studies it intensely while dispatching his team, the Forgiven, to slow down Hulk….

As Hulk comes, the Forgiven evacuate the village of humans and face their foe; Quickshot dashes into a burning church to rescue the priest and suffers only minor injuries. Hulk easily defeats each of the Forgiven, even Ghost Blade, who takes on the form of a mist; Hulk literally blows him away. Back at the castle, Kodo tears down a picture, tells Dracula this war can’t be won by any force they could muster, and departs. Dracula orders Legate to assemble the troops for a massive attack on the Hulk….
