As Hulk is walking through the woods, he is found by a little girl called Rachel, who innocently takes the monster to her house as if she were to provide shelter to a small wet kitten. Her parents, off course, freak out. Unwilling to fight, Hulk turns around and leaves.
The girl's father, a man called Isaac, says the Hulk reminded him of a legendary creature, the Golem, a monster created by the Jewish to fight their enemies. Thinking the Hulk could help his country, Morvania, get rid of dictator Draxon, Isaac gathers his people to search for the Hulk. They find him in a ruined city.
Meanwhile, Draxon is informed about the Hulk but prefers to leave the monster in peace. Isaac and his people cannot convince the Hulk to aid them. So the revels attack Draxon on their own!
A traitor among the revels informs Draxon, who prepares a trap. As the revels are surrounded by Draxon's men, the little girl Rachel asks the Hulk to help her father. That convinced him to help, and attacks Draxon's men. The tyrant uses a big battling machine, the War-Tower, to stop the Hulk. Although powerful, Hulk manages to destroy it, and Draxon seemingly dies in the event.
In Morvania's tradition, whoever kills the ruler, becomes the ruler. So Hulk is named kind of Morvania!
But a royal title is not in Hulk's interest, and he destroys the royal collar a Morvania ruler would wear! Now, without such collar, Morvania could be governed by anyone not just kings or dictators. Hulk walks away, ignoring his actions had freed a country and its people.
