Synopsis / Summary / Plot

After leaping for a while through the countryside, Hulk stops to think how to reach the Niagara Falls, spot newly weds Glenn Talbot and Betty Ross chose for their honeymoon (married two issues ago, Incredible Hulk #158). Hulk wants Betty to be his, better hide Talbot!

Calm surroundings turn Hulk into Bruce Banner who, having some memories left from the man brute, believes Betty to be in danger! Reaching the nearest city, Banner hires pilot Spad McKraken to take him to the Niagara Falls.

But as he arrives, Banner loses his cool and turns into the Hulk who jumps out of the plane (leaving a big hole in it), and dives into the falls.

Talbot freaks out to see Hulk there (since the Major believed the green monster was either dead or lost in the microverse, Incredible Hulk #154), and calls Thunderbolt Ross who suggests him to take Betty away immediately. Ross sends in his forces to contain Ol' Greenskin.

Coincidentally, amphibious super villain Tiger Shark was hidden in the Niagara Falls in fear of the Sub-Mariner's wrath for having killed his father. Believing the Hulk was sent by Namor, the Tiger Shark attacks!

After a short struggle, Hulk manages to knock his enemy out just as fighter planes were arriving. Not willing to lose any more time, Hulk digs a cave in the rocks to escape from the Air Force, and proceed with his search for Betty!
