Marvel's Thor: The Dark World Prelude #2 Review by (July 13, 2013)
Review: And that’s that. This “prelude” is a handful of scattered scenes from THE AVENGERS and some additional material that is so general as to be useless. It looks like the writers of this epic weren’t told anything about the movie this is supposed to prepare us for. What a waste of time, ink, paper, and four bucks.

Comments: Part two of two. Hulk, alone among the Avengers, does not appear in this issue.

Synopsis / Summary / Plot

Marvel's Thor: The Dark World Prelude #2 Synopsis by Peter Silvestro
Thor on Earth joins Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow, and Hawkeye to battle the invading Chitauri and take down Loki. Meanwhile, Jane Foster really misses him. Loki is returned to Asgard and locked in a dungeon. A new vaguely-defined menace threatens the Nine Worlds and the power of the Tesseract is used to reopen the Rainbow Bridge. Thor rallies the forces of Asgard to defeat the enemy.
