Hulk (1999 series) #2

Sheriff Tolliver holds his little daughter Emma at the Hulk's feet, while pointing his weapon at the monster's head. The giant laughs at the brave father and prepares for the final blow. Unexpectedly, his arm stays still, unwilling to deliver the punch. The Hulk tries to move his paralyzed arm with his other hand in vain. Finally, the Hulk turns back into his Bruce Banner in front of the Tolliver's eyes.
