Iron Man 2 - Black Widow: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. #1

Nick Fury from S.H.I.E.L.D. informs agent Natasha Romanoff, a.k.a. the Black Widow, that her next assignment is to infiltrate Tony Stark's company to keep tabs on the millionaire playboy genius engineer gone "Iron Man". Romanoff was dealing with a Ten Rings terrorist at the moment, and escapes from an exploding jet in spectacular fashion.

Romanoff makes it into the Legal Department of the company under the fake name of Natalie Rushman, and uses her abilities to arrange a visit to Tony Stark's home. The scene continues in the movie when Tony Stark and Happy Hogan are practicing box.
