The Mighty Thor #10 Review by (August 17, 2016)
Comments: Sir Ivory Honeyshot was introduced in THOR GOD OF THUNDER #13-17 as part of the League of Realms; he also refers to Screwbeard the Dwarf from the same story arc. Agger's BERSERKERS were created at the end of issue #7, this is their first subsequent appearance.

Review: Well, this is getting good. We see the hulksters in action for the first time and the byplay between the heroes and the villains is nice. Kurdle and Krill were funny at first but now that they have crossed into the main story their total boneheadedness throws the tone of the story way off. One major consolation: Jason Aaron has finally managed to inject humor into his comic. Can't wait to see what happens next issue.

Synopsis / Summary / Plot

The Mighty Thor #10 Synopsis by Peter Silvestro

Light Elf king Sir Ivory Honeyshot has captured a Dark Elf and is torturing him for information as to the whereabouts of his queen; covered in hungry ants the baddie tells him that she is a prisoner of Malekith (issues #4-5). Sir Ivory contacts his ally Screwbeard of the League of Realms to take action....

Exterminatrix and the Silver Samurai, with the captive Dario Agger in tow, invade Roxxon Island to loot the vaults. Roxxon's BERSERKERS, employees with Hulk-like powers, rush to the attack but are met by a couple of Mindless Ones and a big brawl breaks out. Thor and Roz Solomon arrive and the Goddess of Thunder mixes in the Mindless Ones/BERSERKERS battle while the SHIELD agent seeks out Agger and his captors. She catches up to them as Samurai is trying to open the Roxxon vault. Roz starts shooting it out with Exterminatrix as she calls for back-up. The back-up is already there: a Helicarrier discharges a team of SHIELD agents on the island led by Agents Kurdle and Krill who found Jane Foster's phone in her room on Asgardia and have learned she is Thor and are there to arrest her. Thor uses Mjolnir to keep them at bay while she joins Roz and their quarry. Agger turns into the Minotaur and Exterminatrix fires a bullet containing a drop of her father's blood at the monstrous Agger as Thor arrives. The Goddess of Thunder catches the bullet in the palm of her hand and finds herself slowly turning into gold. Kurdle and Krill arrive and place everyone under arrest. Suddenly the Rainbow Bridge opens up and who should come to Thor's rescue but...Jane Foster....
