Amazing Spider-Man, The (1963 series) #328

The Hulk is approached by a Hellfire Club member, Sebastian Shaw, who offers him lots of money to destroy Spider-man. Spidey however, has been granted the power cosmic, increasing his abilities. After ridding the Statue of Liberty from terrorists, Spider-Man flies across town to meet his wife. Later the next morning, the Grey Hulk encounters Spidey for a brief battle. The Hulk then leaps away as the sun starts to rise and he changes into Banner. That evening the Hulk and Spider-Man meet again. After effectively dodging the Hulks flurry of attacks, Spider-Man blasts him with eye beams, momentarily blinding the Hulk. When the Hulk moves to threaten some young by-standers, Spider-Man unleashes with a huge uppercut that sends the Hulk, literally, into orbit. Spider-Man saves the Hulk from space, before he can turn into Banner, then lets the Hulk leap off into the night.
