Ghost Rider #11 Review by (February 15, 2010)
Hulk's first appearance in a Ghost Rider title/his first meeting with GR. Ironically, this story was scheduled for issue #10 but was not ready in time, so a reprint was used but Hulk still appears on the cover of #10. Other inkers: George Roussos.

Synopsis / Summary / Plot

Ghost Rider #11 Synopsis by Peter Silvestro
Johnny Blaze enters a grueling endurance motorcycle race through the desert. His enemy Inferno appears and, determined to destroy Ghost Rider, locates the Hulk and sends an illusion of Ghost Rider to attack Jade Jaws.

An enraged Hulk confronts the real Ghost Rider and some of the other racers, who put aside their petty rivalries and concerns to team up against this threat.

Ghost Rider ends the battle by surrounding Hulk with flame-blasts, cutting off his oxygen and causing him to pass out. Johnny and the other racers have lost the race but all gained new self-respect.
