Synopsis

Hulk: Gray #1 Synopsis by Mike Bird
In the opening chapter of the Hulk Gray Marvel Knights mini-series (by Loeb and Sale, the same team behind MK's Daredevil: Yellow and Spiderman: Blue) we see that Dr. Banner is in the office of Dr. Leonard (Doc) Sampson. Something is on Bruce Banner's mind, and he wants to talk. Sampson wants to start at the beginning, possibly to start talking about Bruce's father, and that idea is quickly shot down by Banner adding "Haven't we done that to death?" So, the story starts at the very incredible beginning, with the detonation of Banner's Gamma Bomb. What happens is a retelling of events from The Incredible Hulk #1, starting with the detonation and ending with highlights from the gray behemoth's first night out as the Hulk.

Hulk: Gray #1 Review by (February 15, 2010)
The first chapter in Hulk: Gray reads like a in depth retelling of Incredible Hulk #1, but with those famous Jeph Loeb inner monologues.
