An army base holds the Hulk captive using strong tranquilizers. After turning back into Bruce Banner, he agrees to find a definitive cure for his transformations.

Meanwhile, a UFO crashes nearby with a single passenger, the Inheritor. A powerful being, the Inheritor is millions of years old, and was born on planet Earth itself (!) He has returned to finish his mutation and conquer the world!

The army can’t stop him as the villain enters the base. Banner turns into the Hulk and fights him. After trading some heavy blows, the Inheritor suffers his final mutation, and turns into a cockroach (!) Hulk finds the insect inoffensive, and lets it go.
