Incredible Hulk, The (1968 series) #278 synopsis by reviewer Miguel Colomo
Rating: 4 stars

Doc Samson arrives to Gamma Base looking for Bruce Banner, but he only finds Betty. Bereet, Rick and Bruce have left, but Betty has stayed because she thinks she can't live with a man who likes turning out into a monster. Banner goes to Baxter Building to ask the Fantastic Four help for a public acceptation. The US President (Ronald Reagan) agrees to sign an Amnesty redacted by Matt Murdock against the opinion of General Thaddeus Ross. Right then, Krylorian ship fakes, created by The Leader, attack the White House. Hulk and the rest of the Heroes who were there supporting him, fight the ships and win. Hulk is then taken over Ben Grimm and Thor shoulders and honoured as a hero.
