Synopsis

Incredible Hulk, The (1968 series) #340 synopsis by Julio MM
Rating: 4 stars

The Gray Hulk, Rick Jones, and Clay Quartermain are traveling through a mountainous region in a van when they get caught in a fierce snowstorm. Disoriented and frustrated, the Hulk leaps into the sky—only to collide midair with commercial flight Pan Am 134, causing chaos aboard the plane.

Coincidentally, the X-Men are flying nearby. Rogue springs into action, using her powers to help guide the damaged aircraft to a safe landing. Meanwhile, Wolverine crosses paths with the Hulk. Though Wolverine isn’t looking for a fight, the Hulk provokes one. In a surprising turn, Wolverine wins the first round, leaving the Hulk sprawled in the snow with a gaping wound in his chest. But thanks to the Hulk’s powerful healing factor, he quickly recovers and resumes the battle.
