The Leviathon
Mother has arrived on Earth and is laying waste the heroes assembled
to fight her. She issues a challenge to the Summoner, her prophesied
nemesis; Fin Fang Foom steps in to battle....
At Parker
Industries, Kei Kawade has been rescued from her deadly servitors
when a larger, meaner one arises...and Elsa Bloodstone blows it away
with her guns. Kei realizes that he is the one to go out and face the
Leviathon Mother but the monsters he has summoned have all been
defeated. Moon Girl reminds him of the unfinished monster drawings in
his notebook but he doesn't think he can bring them to life since
they are creatures he has made up. He decides to go out to face the
invader. Leviathon Mother chews up and spits out Fin Fang Foom as Kei
stands before her. He quickly fills in the pictures in his book and
there arise six new monsters to do battle: Fireclaw, Aegis, Hi-Vo,
Mekara, Slizzin, and Scragg. They fight with the Leviathon Mother and
appear to be winning, though they are each much smaller than their
foe. Suddenly, Fireclaw, the team leader, is killed and without his
guidance Kei's new monsters start to lose. Kei has an idea and
quickly redraws the five monsters into one gigantic warrior armed
with an array of impressive weapons. The combination creature kills
Leviathon Mother and all the remaining invaders flee....
After the
battle, Kei says farewell to all of the familiar monsters he had
summoned and his new creatures aid the superheroes in damage control.
With his new powers Kei is offered positions with the Avengers, the
Champions, and the Inhumans but he just wants to go home....
And the Inhumans
prepare a new home for him: Mu, an artificial island where the Kawade
family and the five new monsters can live peacefully, guarded by Elsa
Bloodstone until they are needed....
