The army attacks Hulk with minor success until they use gas. Hulk leaps away but falls unconscious to the ground. A black monster named Billy takes Hulk away before the army can find him.

Bruce Banner wakes up in a cavern where Billy’s two young siblings tell him that Billy was a normal kid who drank radioactive waste. Such turned into a strong black monster.

Banner realizes Billy eats human flesh, turns into the Hulk and fights the black monster. The cavern collapses, Hulk comes out from under the rocks, but Billy does not. Hulk leaps away.
