The Power Pack Kids (Alex/Zero-G, Julie/Lightspeed, Jack/Mass Master, Katie/Energizer) are playing in the park on their day off when suddenly Ultimo emerges from the trees….
Minutes earlier, the Ghost had broken into Stark Industries for nefarious purposes but the security system detected him and fried his phasing circuitry. He comes across Ultimo in the lab and decides to hijack it. Tony Stark is alerted and dons the Iron Man armor and heads out, nearly knocking down Pepper Potts, and finds a huge hole in the lab wall….
The kids find their powers ineffective against the giant robot, except for Katie, whose energy blast causes Ultimo to grow. Iron Man arrives and has the kids bombard the monster, soon putting a crack in its armored hide. Shellhead blasts the monster again, causing it to grow, enlarging the hole in its side as well. As the kids distract it, Iron Man enters and shuts Ultimo down from the inside….
Ghost runs the stolen chip over to his employer Puppet Master who tries to pay him with the doll he has been using to control the thief. Ghost refuses, punching PM in the face. PM then snaps the doll in half, badly injuring Ghost….

Iron Man tells the Avengers he wants to address the “elephant in the room” which offends new member Elephant Steve who goes to complain to Jarvis. After this, Iron Man, assuming he was envied for his armor, has gone ahead and created a suit of armor for each of the Avengers. No one is interested until he mentions that the armors have built in cell phones, though Spider-Man is still upset that he can’t fly.
