General Thunderbolt Ross continues to brief Councilwoman
Hawley on the history of Natasha Romanoff, the Black Widow. She was involved with
Tony Stark’s confrontation with Whiplash and chose to track down Bruce Banner
for help in investigating the tesseract, persuading him to come in when no one
else could. She later encountered the Hulk and fought him with the help of Thor
though they all stood together when the aliens invaded New York City. Natasha
soon became one of the only people who could pacify Hulk though she hasn’t seen
him since Sokovia. She helped Captain America defeat the pirates who had
hijacked the Lemurian Star, though she snagged some secret data on the
way. She also aided Cap in fighting Ultron, was present for the disaster in
Lagos that led to the Civil War, and now she’s off the grid. Ross asks Hawley
for authorization to use the resources of the UN Security Council to hunt down Natasha
Romanoff. She grudgingly gives it but refuses to shake his hand. Ross calls
Tony Stark about a lead on Natasha but Tony puts him on hold. So, Ross orders
his forces to go after the Black Widow….
