She-Hulk (2014 series) #8 synopsis by Peter Silvestro
Rating: 4 stars

Prologue: An elderly man in a hospital makes a deathbed confession….

Jennifer “She-Hulk” Walters arrives at her Manhattan law office with her latest client, the now-aged Steve Rogers, formerly Captain America. Her staff, Angie Huang and Patsy Walker, are thrilled to meet the legendary hero. Getting down to business, Steve explains that he is being sued for wrongful death over an incident in Los Angeles in 1940. Jen starts looking for loopholes but Steve tells her he does not want to win on a technicality, he wants his name cleared. Since she is not licensed to practice in California she phones Matt Murdock in San Francisco requesting to be attached to his firm for the trial; Matt is agreeable until he learns the details, then he brushes her off, to Jen’s surprise….

Soon, Jen, Steve, and the team are taking a Stark jet to LA where they are mobbed by reporters; Jen has to Hulk out to scare them off. They head to the office of local lawyer “Matt Rocks” (a duplicate of Jamie Madrox) to use his firm for a base. After several days of intensive preparation, the trial date finally arrives and Jen walks into the courtroom ready for anything…

…except for the discovery that the opposing attorney is Matt Murdock….
