As the Ultimates settle into the business of protecting the nation, Janet Pym makes the rounds of the talk shows, promoting and defending their work. Meanwhile Steve and Janet’s romance hits a rocky patch when the age difference starts to matter. Tony Stark gives Natasha her own "Black Widow" armor and takes her for a test flight, revealing a surprise: a proposal, spelled out by millions of people on the ground below. In Europe a protest against European super-soldiers is broken up violently by police, leading Thor to intervene on the protesters’ behalf. Nick Fury calls an emergency meeting in Brussels to deal with the Thor problem. There, Captain America meets the new Captain Britain, and his Spanish, French and Italian counterparts. Scientist Gunnar Golmen addresses the assembly, revealing that Thor is his brother, who stole Gunnar’s high-tech power belt and hammer, and now believes he really is the Norse God of Thunder. The Ultimates surround Thor in a wooded site in Norway and demand his surrender. Thor insists he really is an Asgardian God and that they’ve been duped by Loki, the Norse trickster. They do not believe him, and Cap orders the team to attack…
