Hulk sneaks on a train to Florida and meets a boy, Ricky. They quickly become friends. At destination, Ricky and the Hulk (disguised with a large coat and hat), visit an amusement park. Unfortunately, someone discovers the giant and notifies the authorities.

The Abomination shows up to fight Jade Jaws following orders from Thunderbolt Ross. The Abomination and Hulk battle lengthy, but they are evenly matched. When the villain discovers there is no bomb in his head, he betrays Ross and convinces Hulk they are on the same side.

Finally, in a confusing event, Hulk incorrectly believes that Ricky betrayed him and leaps away with his new pal, the Abomination.

Also in this story: Doc Samson, Clay Quartermain, Betty Ross, Glenn Talbot.
