Banner uses Gamma rays to cure a dog named Sirius that suffers from a bone disease. The process is a success and the dog is completely cured. Then, a gangster named Max Stryker sends Boomerang to Kidnap Kate Waynesboro and forces Bruce Banner to use the same process on him to heal him from cancer. Bruce Banner agrees to use the Gamma rays on him only to save Kate's live. The effects are the same they were in Sirius. Stryker, joyful, tells Banner where Kate is.
