Synopsis / Summary / Plot

Incredible Hulk #301 Synopsis by Julio Molina-Muscara
Hulk appears in the center of the Crossroads, where a tree with a hundred pointing hands stands. Jade Jaws uproots it with a punch and then he goes after the Puffball Collective, a multitude of telepathic beings that look like cotton and group in round forms. Hulk hits them but they keep regrouping. From the Crossroads there are thousands of paths and all end up in a gate. Standing in front of one with water, Hulk is caught by the tentacles of a hungry monster. But Ol'Greenskin proves tougher and ends up rejected from that planet. The Puffball tries making friends with the Hulk by forming Bruce Banner's shape. The giant attacks him. The vision of a world in war attracts the green monster who dwells in and sits to rest, while he's been observed by his friend Doctor Strange. But the city is just a toy in a giant's world. Unhappy with this world, Hulk appears by the hundred hands tree thanks to the "Fail-Safe" spell implanted by his magician friend.
