Synopsis / Summary / Plot

Incredible Hulk #308 Synopsis by Julio Molina-Muscara
To the Puffball's request, Hulk breaks the mystic chains that block the gate to their world. The planet is a desert and seems lifeless. But it's inhabited by N'Garai demons, monsters who killed the Puffball's people. Suddenly, three small beings show up from the Hulk's mind: Goblin, Guardian and Glow, who alert him of the great danger. One demon falls under the Hulk's power after a very difficult encounter. But another knocks the green goliath down and hurts him badly. Wounded and surrounded by more demons, the Hulk hears the true purpose of the Puffball: command the demons to destroy other worlds and use the Hulk to open the gate. Making a brilliant move, the Hulk returns to the Crossroads using the "Fail-safe" spell and fixes the mystic chain, closing down the gate. The N'Garai return their anger against the Puffball. Hurt for being deceived, Jade Jaws is surrounded by those three beings.
