Hulk defeats Doc Samson and the "Hulkbusters". So the Avengers (Iron Man, Wonderman, Hercules, Namor, Hawkeye, Captain America, Black Knight, "Capitana" Marvel, Tigra, Wasp, Mockingbird) and She-Hulk show up to stop the Hulk. At first, they only intend to capture the Hulk. But as they realize that the Hulk is not Banner anymore, they decide to kill him. Meanwhile, Bruce, who's illness gets worse, is rushed to a hospital and Betty Ross is desperate for her husband's health.
