One of the "Hulkbusters" tries killing Rick Jones. But Doc Samson saves him. Meanwhile, Betty Ross receives a phone call from Ramn, an old boyfriend, and hangs up on him. The gray Hulk fixes the gamma ray device and uses it to siphon the radiation from Rick Jones to pass it onto Samuel Sterns. Rick Jones is cured from being a green Hulk, and Samuel Sterns becomes the Leader once again. The gamma ray machine explodes and the Leader disappears.
