While Hulk walks through the woods, he meets a young little girl called Rachel, who innocently takes the monster to her house. Her parents freak out. Unwilling to fight, Hulk turns around and leaves.
The girl’s father, a man called Isaac, says the Hulk reminded him of a legendary creature called the Golem, a monster created by the Jewish to fight their enemies. Thinking the Hulk could help his country, Morvania, get rid of dictator Draxon, Isaac gathers his people to search for the Hulk. They find him in a ruined city.
Meanwhile, Draxon learns about the Hulk but prefers to leave the monster in peace. Isaac and his people cannot convince the Hulk to aid them. So the revels attack Draxon on their own.
A traitor among the revels informs those plans to Draxon, who prepares a trap. Draxon’s men surround the revels, and Rachel asks the Hulk to help her father. Hulk attacks Draxon forces. The tyrant sends a large and powerful battling machine, called the War-Tower, against the Hulk. Hulk destroys it, and Draxon ends up dead.
In Morvania’s tradition, whoever kills their ruler becomes the new ruler. Hulk becomes the king of Morvania. But a royal title is no interest to the Hulk. He destroys the royal collar. Now, any could mandate in Morvania, not just kings or dictators. Hulk walks away, not realizing his actions freed a society.
