Jim Wilson runs an AIDS clinic in Los Angeles. He suspects some terrorists want to kill one of his patients. So he calls the Hulk for help. Hulk brings Rick Jones as sidekick. Wilson was right. A new villain called Speedfreek, shows up to kill a patient, but is stopped by the Hulk. In this story, Jim reveals that he has AIDS.
