Ultimates 2 (2005 series) #2

Iron Man teams up with Captain Britain to rescue a disabled submarine. The Ultimates are summoned to an emergency meeting to discuss the Hulk crisis. They plan to surrender Bruce for a public trial for the murders of 852 people during his Manhattan rampage, and Thor is assumed to be the one responsible for the leak. Steve confronts Thor at a night club; Thor prevents his followers from attacking Cap and denies being the one who leaked the secret, suggesting it was a plot by Loki. Bruce's therapy with Professor Xavier of the X-Men leads to his calmly resigning himself to a trial and probable execution.
