Carnage (2010 series) #3

Dr Tanis Nieves has been overcome by the Carnage symbiote and fights to keep control of her mind until she goes under and the monster wreaks havoc in the Hall labs. Spider-Man and Iron Man arrive at the labs and see the danger. Carnage clobbers Shellhead then sprouts wings and flies off. Elsewhere in the building, Shriek is being locked up against her will and her screams attract the Doppelganger. The guards try to kill the monster but Shriek's deadly scream disintegrates the guards.

Spidey and Shellhead, accompanied by Michael Hall's armored guards, pursue Carnage to Hall's corporate building. The monster crashes in but the two heroes get to Hall first and learn that the Symbiote isn't coming for Hall—but for the still-living Cletus Kasady....
