Review: See issue #1 for review.

Comments: The monster is called Mass Carnage only in issue #5's “Previously” page, but it's a cool name so I've added it here.

Synopsis / Summary / Plot

Carnage #4 Synopsis by Peter Silvestro

Michael Hall explains how they were able to keep the legless Cletus Kasady alive after he was separated from the Carnage symbiote—and now the two have been reunited. Hall dispatches his armored guards to stop Carnage but it turns out that the symbiote was used in their armor's construction so the monster is able to take full control over the men's bodies, killing them and joining them to his own. Spider-Man and Iron Man arrive to find a gigantic and very powerful Carnage....

Shriek and Doppelganger have found Dr Tanis Nieves, now freed from the Symbiote but still in possession of the prosthetic arm which now resembles Carnage's and is trying to seize control of her mind. Shriek encourages Tanis to let the thing overwhelm her; the doctor uses broken glass to slice the arm off of herself....

Spidey and Shellhead find the huge Mass Carnage too powerful to defeat even with Iron Man slamming a truck onto it. Then Shriek arrives, bonded to Tanis' rejected symbiote arm....
