Incredible Hulk #260 Review by (February 25, 2010)
Almost 20 years after the seeming demise of Colonel Glenn Talbot, Marvel shows him alive in "Fall of the Hulks Gamma" #1. IMO, he's the number one suspect as to who turns into the Red Hulk.

Synopsis / Summary / Plot

Incredible Hulk #260 Synopsis by Julio Molina-Muscara
After arriving in Japan, Hulk seeks shelter on the decline of an extinct volcano. He finds food next to a little statue of Buda. The statue is green and Hulk sympathizes with it immediately. Glenn Talbot discovers the green giant's location and unleashes all of the War Wagon's arsenal against Green Skin. Protecting the statue and himself, Hulk destroys the ship which falls to the ground. Glenn Talbot dies in the crash. But a lava river purses from the volcano. The lave threatens a Buda shrine protected by samurai Sanshiro Sugata). But the Hulk save it blocking the lava river with a bigger statue and soil.
