It's the Rick Jones and Marlo Chandler wedding comic book. Many super heroes attend the ceremony. Mephisto shows up uninvited, but Hulk comfronts him and defeats him. Mephisto later reveals that he let the Hulk defeat him, for his evil purposes for sure.
