The cosmic crescendo of the Troyjan War unfolds as Hulk, Silver Surfer, and the Starjammers are brought before Armageddon, the formidable patriarch of the Troyjan race. Their mission is clear: demand the release of Atalanta, who has been promised to Trauma in a twisted political union. But Trauma, driven by pride and obsession, refuses to relinquish her, insisting on marriage to fulfill his father's legacy.
Tensions erupt into a full-scale battle. Armageddon, wielding technology capable of redirecting the Power Cosmic, clashes with the Silver Surfer in a display of raw cosmic might. Meanwhile, Hulk challenges Trauma directly, baiting him into a one-on-one fight by mocking his reliance on his father’s protection. Armageddon, respecting his son's pride, allows the duel.
The fight is brutal and personal. Hulk, pushed to his limits, delivers a final blow that unintentionally kills Trauma. In his dying moments, Trauma forgives his enemies and asks his father to honor his wish: let them go. Armageddon, moved by his son’s final act of grace, complies.
This issue marks a turning point in the arc—where cosmic warfare gives way to tragic consequence, and Hulk’s role as both warrior and moral compass is tested. The Troyjan War nears its end, but its emotional fallout lingers.
