Synopsis / Summary / Plot

Ultimates #13 Synopsis by Peter Silvestro
It's Bruce Banner who plunges to the ground but an enraged Hulk who rises to seek revenge against his enemies. When Hulk finds Cap, the super-soldier tells him that Kleiser is Betty's new lover and the jealous Hulk rips Kleiser into little pieces and eats him. Meanwhile, Iron Man, also unable to shut down the super-weapon hauls it outside where Thor uses his magic hammer to transport the bomb to another dimension. The Chitauri vanquished, there's only one loose end: the Hulk. Enter Hawkeye with an Adamantium arrow filled with the Hulk antidote; he makes the shot and the serum takes effectthough not soon enough for everyone's peace of mind. After the battle, Betty is again attracted to the miserable Bruce, Hank Pym tries to reconcile with Janet-who refuses to talk to him, and the heroes relax at a White House reception in their honor.
