The military has captured the Hulk. And Betty Ross fails in her attempts to reach Rick Jones to control the Hulk.

Meanwhile, the Leader drives his stealth ship right onto the base and proclaims to know how to control the Hulk. At first, General Thunderbolt Ross wants to capture the Leader since he is a wanted criminal. But the Leader assures the General that he can’t possibly be a wanted criminal since he was declared legally dead.

The Hulk breaks out of captivity, but the giant neutralizer ray hits him again while he is in mid-jump. The Leader instructs the military to wheel the Hulk into a living cage he built. Once inside, the Leader seals the cage with a laser sealer beam. The Hulk attempts to break free, but he can’t!
