The Leader reads in a newspaper that Bruce Banner is marrying Betty Ross. By controlling his transformations and the Hulk’s form, Banner has partially cured himself of becoming the Hulk. To spoil Banner’s happiness, the Leader plans to turn Banner into a savage Hulk on his wedding, make him kill Betty, and then kill the Hulk.

Since the Leader is in a hospital after his encounter with the Hulk (Incredible Hulk #104), he picks the Rhino to do his biding. The Leader sends a robot to bring the unconscious Rhino to his lab and heals him using gamma devices. Awaken, the Rhino puts on his suit, restored by the Leader.

The day of Betty and Bruce’s wedding has arrived. It will take place in Betty’s childhood home. Unknown to others, the supervillains are watching from nearby. Right before the end of the ceremony, the Leader shoots Banner with a gamma weapon, causing him to turn into the Hulk!

Unfortunately, the monster tears the place apart! Everyone escapes unharmed except for Thunderbolt Ross, who suffers an accident on the way out.

Hulk and Rhino clash in a fight that seems evenly matched. The Leader tries shooting the Hulk but misses, hitting the Rhino instead. Ignoring the Leader’s true intentions, Rhino turns on his former partner, who flies away on a ship module. The Rhino grabs onto the module which goes high in the sky and explodes!

With nobody on sight to fight, the Hulk takes off, leaving Betty to cry. Her wedding ruined, his father injured, his family house destroyed... Glenn Talbot brings his shoulder to her.

Also in this story (in videos): Sandman, Sub-Mariner, Mandarin, Maximus, Space Parasite.
