Synopsis / Summary / Plot

Tales to Astonish #90 Synopsis by Julio Molina-Muscara
Under the Stranger's control, Hulk is rampaging through the cities. But when he arrives to Thunderbolt Ross' base, he turns into Bruce Banner, breaking free from the alien's control.

Horrified by the damage he did as the Hulk, Banner decides to kill himself with a gamma rays overdose! But before he can do it, soldiers spot him, and take him prisoner.

A spy called Emil Blonsky witnessed it all and uses the gamma equipment onto himself. The radiation turns him into a powerful green monster like the Hulk, the one to be named Abomination.

When Banner sees the new gamma-spawned being, he turns into the Hulk and fights him. But the Abomination proves to be stronger than the Hulk, and defeats him!

Finally, the Abomination kidnaps Betty Ross and leaps away.
