After defeating a group of peasants that attacked him while he was eating corn, an alien transports Hulk to his spaceship. He studies Earth’s species.

Hulk confronts the alien, who uses a powerful sedative beam to paralyze him. The sedation turns Hulk into Bruce Banner.

The alien finds Banner worth studying, and he needs a deceased specimen. Banner turns into the Hulk and escapes from the spaceship. The alien cannot stop his samples from flying away through the hole created by the Hulk. But realizes a small piece found under the Hulk’s nails is enough to find the solution that would save his planet. The alien flies away.

Meanwhile, Thunderbolt Ross is in a hospital, under the care of Doc Samson.

Also in this story: Jim Wilson, Moonstone (Carla Sofen), Clay Quartermain.
