Since both Hulk and Machine Man interfered with the Corporation’s plans, Curtiss Jackson elaborated on the kidnapping of Trish Starr blaming Machine Man, causing the Hulk and the robotic man to destroy each other.

Hulk and Fred Sloan search for Machine Man at his house in Central City, California. The residence is empty. Sloan suspects the robotic man did not kidnap Trish Starr. But Hulk thinks otherwise and unleashes his full might against Machine Man as soon as he sees him! Hulk tears Machine Man apart and leaves. The mechanic hero uses a secondary battery to pull himself together and go after Jade Jaws.

Also in this story: Tracy Warner, Peter Spaulding, Senator Brickman. And a board showing a large poster of the Fantastic Four.
