Still reeling from the events at Loch Ness, Hulk pursues Madman, who escapes via jet and launches a brazen attack in London—kidnapping Prince Charles in a twisted bid for attention. Hulk intervenes, rescuing the prince and confronting Madman in a chaotic showdown across the city’s landmarks.

During the melee, Hulk crosses paths with British superheroes Motormouth and Killpower, whose initial misunderstanding leads to a brief clash before they join forces. Their assistance proves timely, helping Hulk navigate the unfamiliar terrain and the escalating threat.

In the final confrontation, Madman is defeated—but not before making a startling confession: he’s in love with the Hulk. The revelation adds a layer of psychological complexity to Madman’s obsession, reframing his vendetta as a warped pursuit of connection.
