Hulk (2008 series) #18

While been secretly watched by M.O.D.O.K., Samson assists to therapy with himself (!), where he starts by sharing a recurring dream where he's smarter, and stronger than the Hulks combined. We learn that his true last name is Skivorski and that he adopted Samson because that was his father's nickname, a renowned doctor. The session ends up in Samson "killing" his human self, Dr. Leonard Samson, and his "good" side, "Doctor Samson".
