Nightshade has been pressured into
turning all of the unwilling werewolves human again. The white
werewolf is revealed to be John Jameson. As Capwolf is injected a
demonic doppelganger of Captain America suddenly appears in the room
and attacks Capwolf. As Cap returns to normal he gives the monster a
kick that causes it to be impaled on its own bladed shield and it
dissolves....
The authorities arrive and take away
Dredmund and Nightshade. Jack Russell and Wolfsbane head off to their
own destinies. John Jameson tells Cap that after the bad experience
with MODAM in issue #387, he has decided that the superhero world is
not for him and says goodbye to Cap. Zack Moonhunter offer Cap and Dr
Druid a lift in his skycraft....
Epilogue: In Central Park, the confused
Dennis “D-Man” Dunphy sits by a steam; suddenly he is attacked by
a demonic doppelganger of his own and knocked into the water....

Crossbones' room; there's a fight in the dark and when the lights
come on, Crossbones is the one left standing....

pilot. Black Widow catches various team members on recent adventures
and Cap asks Falcon to join him in searching for the missing
Diamondback....
