Ego welcomes Thor and the Recorder, transforming himself into a human-sized body and creating an Earth-like environment. He tells Thor he wants to conquer all of space.

Ego aims to conquer other worlds by creating multiple bodies, but Thor fights back against his humanoid defenses. Tana demands action from the police, but Rigel refuses to manipulate the space lock on orders from the Grand Commissioner, who has also revoked Tana’s colonization rights.
