Synopsis / Summary / Plot

Incredible Hulk #35 Synopsis by Julio Molina-Muscara
Bruce Banner waves the trucker goodbye as he enters a cafeteria located by the road. Banner sees an autistic girl reading a book. Bruce smiles at her but she just stares at him. The TV is showing the news about Ricky Myers. Banner connects to the web and chats with Mr.Blue, who advises Bruce to leave the area. Three men dressed in black enter the diner. Bruce enters the bathroom but they see him. Bruce seems to have escaped through the bathroom's window, so they rush out to find him. But Banner was hidden in a little compartment of the restroom, and returns to his table. After paying the bill to the waiter, Bruce leaves the diner and enters the corn fields. But he is shot by the mysterious men with a tranquilizer. The tranquilizer effect wears off while he was being taken in a limousine. Bruce turns into the Savage Hulk, destroys the car and defeats the men. As he sees them lying unconscious on the ground, he picks up a pair of sun glasses. Bruce then returns to the diner, where he helps the autistic girl when she dropped her book. The little girl stares at Bruce, and smiles back at him. Bruce returns to the road to hitch-hike to a new destination.
