Incredible Hulk #363 Synopsis by David Boeren
Doctor Doom sends the Grey Gargoyle to capture the Hulk. Bruce is working under the guide of "Bruce Bancroft" at a nuclear research facility as the janitor. However, one of the scientists has discovered who he is and offers to keep his secret in return for his help in advancing his scientific career. The Grey Gargoyle (in his human form) waits outside the research labs and when Bruce leaves, he pulls out a siren and pulls Bruce over as if he was a cop. He easily turns Bruce to stone and loads him in the back of his car to head back to Doctor Doom. However, at nightfall, Bruce transforms into the Hulk. The Grey Gargoyle panics and attempts to pulverize his stony form with a jackhammer, but the Hulk begins to breaks free from the stone! Next he attempts to run the Hulk over with a steamroller. But the Hulk easily tosses him off and leaves him with his arm broken backwards, unable to touch himself to maintain his stone form.
