It's when Skaar shows up, healthy, and sword in hand, ready to deliver the fatal blow on his evil brother.

HulkAt first, it seemed Armadillo was the "bad" guy who needed to be stopped, and sent back to prison. So the Hulk faced him. But the She-Hulk, who is a lawyer, sensed there was more to than met the eye, and went to town, the "pueblo", to find out more. She learned that Armadillo was a prison escapee, but he was hidden in the mountains bothering nobody. Until one of the pueblerinos called a group of hitters to get the Armadillo in exchange for a ransom.
The She-Hulk returned to where the Hulk and Armadillo were fighting, warning the hitters to leave. She then suggested Armadillo to help the people in the pueblo, and then surrendered to justice. She would be his lawyer, for free.
Because of that, Banner understood that having the She-Hulk in his team was essential. Hulks usually react first and think later. But she is different, she sees things in shades of gray, not in black and white.
